It was crashing regularly in mcrmgr.exe. I just took a quick look at the machine I’ve moved it to and it shows daily crashes of mcrmgr.exe, so it’s not an architecture thing. However on the 64 bit box, recordings had encoding errors and sometimes just plain failed. On the new box we haven’t noticed such behavior.

so are you saying that mediacentre is unstable? or mediacentre on x64?
